The Project
Built over an existing 1960s perimeter foundation and subfloor, the steel structure is this beachfront residence is concealed to create the illusion of a floating roof, and allow for clean lines and detailing. Working with the existing structure and site levels required careful collaboration with the architect to ensure the structure blended seamlessly.
